Competencies and Credentialing
We are comprised of masters-level treatment and rehabilitation staff. Most staff possess the certified rehabilitation counselor credential (CRC), a national certification in the core competencies of vocational rehabilitation, medical care management, workplace disability management, clinical counseling, and Federal benefit administration. All staff have extensive experience in psychosocial rehabilitation, psychiatric disability management, medical rehabilitation, and psychiatric/medical levels of care. O'Connor Associates, Inc has partners in psychiatry, neuro-psychiatry, neuro-psychology, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology to provide cross-competency services for our clients throughout their recovery process. |
