Our Service Tiers
O'Connor Associates, Inc provides consultation, care management, and support services: Consultation Service. This service is provided as either a) a one-time meeting to counsel a client on a set of circumstances or needs, and provide clarity on a plan of action or b) ongoing to third parties (usually parents, trustees or guardians) to navigate emergent or intermittent complex treatment or disability-related circumstances. This service is provided in person in the Washington DC area and nationwide via videoconference. Clients are asked to provide various narratives and/or past clinical/service documents prior to a consultation to maximize outcomes. Care Management. These services consist of screening, intake, care or rehabilitation planning, and the ongoing delivery of services to fulfill stated objectives and achieve declared outcomes. This constellation of services includes but is not limited to rehabilitation and vocational counseling, client advocacy with third parties, resource development, and medical/clinical care coordination. These services may also consist of rehabilitative activities to reinforce behavioral skills in study coaching, life/work space organizing, and/or job performance. Care management services are billed at either a masters-level staff rate or a bachelors-level staff rate. |
