Complex Medical Care
O'Connor Associates, Inc understands the clumsy dynamic of managing a diverse, often disconnected set of treatment or rehabilitation team members. Sometimes the chaos of ineffective care management can be as disabling as the distress of an illness. Our goal is efficient and timely communication to serve clients experiencing a complex medical recovery. We work as an objective third party to identify, assess, and coordinate diverse medical resources as well as coordinate public and private payers to minimize the financial burden of complex medical disability. O'Connor Associates, Inc recognizes that individuals struggling with complex medical concerns are underserved by a medical community that only treats medical distress/acuity but not the residual disabilities that interfere with working or quality living day-to-day. We use our extensive knowledge of home and community based care, disease management, and disability management to maximize client functioning. Clients determine treatment and care plans whose goals may include return-to-work, independent living, and simply better comprehensive management of resources. |
