Our staff has expertise in personal property and antique valuation, appropriate disposal of such properties, property guardianships, and trusts. When a loved one is psychiatrically or medically compromised and living alone, we provide nuanced interventions to evaluate the psychiatric, medical and life care needs of the individual at risk. A successful transition/care plan may include: Arranging nursing care , respite or assisted living; Creating a sanitary and safe physical enviroment for continued home living; Disposing of personal and/or real property; Arranging conservatorship and guardianship plans. Our staff has expertise in personal property and antique valuation, auction and consignment resources, and provides "clean out' services. We provide rescue services when an individual's living environment has been overwhelmed for any reason ( depression, hoarding, etc), where the consequence was unintended, but usually because a psychiatrically compromised person has lost control of the environment and now living in harm's way.
